All elements of the Site (texts, videos, training materials, diagrams, screenshots, presentations, visual identity, logos, trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark law and remain the exclusive property of FPF SXM, unless otherwise indicated. FPF SXM makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the Site but cannot be held liable for: any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or service interruptions; direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to access, the Site; content accessible via hyperlinks pointing to third-party sites; trading decisions made by users on the basis of information consulted on the Site. The user acknowledges using the Site at his/her own responsibility and declares having the appropriate skills and equipment. Article 7 — Data protection (GDPR)

7.1 Data controller — The association Finance Pro Formation (FPF SXM), represented by its President Mr. Olivier Queval, is the controller of the personal data collected on the Site. Contact: info@fpfsxm.com.

7.2 Data collected — Identity data (last name, first name, date of birth, nationality, ID document number, address, email, phone), order data (invoices, order references), communication data (email exchanges, Telegram group messages, questions asked in Zoom sessions), connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, date and time of connections — collected by OVH's technical tools and, where applicable, by audience-measurement tools once installed).

7.3 Purposes — Management of orders, registrations, and invoicing; delivery of training services and educational support; communication regarding subscribed trainings; compliance with legal and accounting obligations; Site security and fraud prevention; with prior consent, sending information about FPF SXM's new trainings and events.

7.4 Legal bases — Performance of the contract (orders, services) — Art. 6.1(b) GDPR; compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) — Art. 6.1(c); consent (marketing communications) — Art. 6.1(a); legitimate interest (Site security) — Art. 6.1(f).

7.5 Retention periods — Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes and in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Connection data: one (1) year maximum, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority).

7.6 Recipients and processors — OVH Groupe SAS (France): hosting; Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland): card payments; Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (USA): video conferencing; Telegram FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates): group messaging; Sogexia (Luxembourg) and Wise (Belgium): collection of bank transfers. Data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

7.7 Transfers outside the EU — Some processors (Zoom, in the United States; Telegram, in the United Arab Emirates) may transfer data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses), in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

7.8 User rights — In accordance with the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act, the user has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding his/her data. These rights may be exercised at info@fpfsxm.com. The user may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

8.1 What is a cookie? A cookie is a small text file placed on the user's device when visiting a website, enabling the user to be recognized on subsequent visits, preferences to be remembered, and statistical measurements to be carried out.
